QUICK FACTS: 2.8 GPA required, one semester of college-level ecology, biology, or environmental studies/science required, all courses are taught in English, program has a pre-set curriculum. QUICK FACTS: 2.5 GPA required, best for majors in the sciences, includes field work and directed research. Program has a set curriculum. Students live on a field research center. This program is administered through the University of New Hampshire.

SEA - Sea Education Association
QUICK FACTS: 2.5 GPA required, best for STEM majors, variety of voyages to choose from in the North Atlantic, Caribbean and South Pacific, field research included, all voyages included extended time at sea working on a large sail boat. Spots are limited and it is recommend students apply early.
